This policy explains what Latho collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account: email and profile details you provide.
- Form-check media: frames of the sets you record, sent to our AI coach to score your form.
- Progress photos & videos: stored privately, readable only by you and the AI progress analyzer, never shown on the feed.
- Usage data: app events used to improve the product.
How we use it
To provide form analysis and progress tracking, operate your account and subscription, and improve Latho. We do not sell your personal data.
Subprocessors
We share limited data with providers who help us run Latho, including Anthropic (AI analysis), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and our cloud/email providers, under data-processing terms.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard security. Private media is stored on non-public storage and served only to you. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.
