Welcome to Latho. By using the Latho app or website you agree to these Terms.

1. What Latho is

Latho provides AI-generated coaching feedback on exercise form and tools to track fitness progress. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and the content you upload. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your region).

3. Subscriptions

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Prices may vary by region.

4. Content

You keep ownership of your clips and photos. By posting to the public feed you grant Latho a licence to display that content in the app. Progress photos are private and never posted.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Latho is provided “as is”. Exercise carries inherent risk; you use Latho at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Latho is not liable for injury or loss arising from use of the app.
